THE HOLIDAY FARM Gualtiera is the name of an ancient machinery, used to macerate the fibres of paper. Today "La Gualtiera" is the name of an antique Tuscan mill, which was built in 1578 and was assigned to mill chestnut. It is completely restored with especial regard to details - hand made terracotta, local stone, typical peasant furnishing- in order to preserve the beauty and the atmosphere of the houses of the Appennino Toscano.
